Hello. Can you tell me how to help my dad? I believed he has strained his external oblique muscle. He finds it painful to stand from a sitting position. It is also painful for him to sit for too long. He is 73 years old and on many medications including blood thinners. So he cannot take Motrin or aspirin.
I am an LMT. Is there something I can do for him or is rest his only option?

Thank you for your help. I look forward to your response…as does my father.
